Runners Core Program

RUN RIGHT, RUN EFFICIENTLY, RUN FASTER

The way to run faster, more efficiently and prevent injury starts with the core and correct body mechanics. In the “Runners Core Intensive,” a four-week GYROTONIC® SLO program, you will be introduced to and work the mind/body awareness and connection through a series of exercises that will:

  • Help you understand and correct running mechanics
  • Understand proper ankle, hip and spine function and perform exercises to improve flexibility and strength
  • Align the body to the “Center of Gravity” to improve form
  • Increase lung capacity by improving your core
  • Release unnecessary tension or effort for enjoyable running

  • THE FASTEST RUNNERS IN THE WORLD GLIDE FROM STEP-TO-STEP.

    They don’t spend endless hours in the gym lifting weights or doing burpees to increase their speed. They work on proper body mechanics and flexibility through core exercises, cross training and running to improve.
